Joint venture partners Urban Splash and Places for People (PfP) have secured funding of £6.4m from Homes England to unlock the next phase of homes at Park Hill in Sheffield.
The funding, provided through the Brownfield Infrastructure Land (BIL) fund, will enable works to commence on Phase 4, which will deliver 125 new homes, 20% of which will be affordable, public realm improvements, EV charging points, a car club and secure cycle storage.
The JV partners have already delivered 455 new homes, accommodation for 356 students, more than 50,000 sq ft of commercial workspace and extensive landscaping and green space at the landmark building.

Park Hill is a remarkable example of urban regeneration of this kind and we’re proud to be supporting Urban Splash and Places for People as they deliver the next chapter of this nationally significant project. The revitalisation of Park Hill is not only creating new homes but also shaping a thriving, mixed-use community in the heart of Sheffield.”
