Shoe retailer Deichmann is upsizing from 5,108 sq ft to 7,389 sq ft, Soho Coffee & Kitchen is relocating and upsizing to a 1,682 sq ft unit and fashion led food and drink destination EL&N London is set to open a new 2,996 sq ft unit in The Atrium this summer.
Kate Orwin, leasing director UK at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, said: “We’ve experienced a strong year so far in leasing at Westfield London, with increasing demand for upsizing and new store space as brands look to expand in strategic locations. This momentum builds upon the success of 2023, during which we welcomed over 80 new store openings across both Westfield centres.
“We anticipate further growth in the beauty, medical and wellness sectors throughout this year, as we continue in our commitment to creating best in class destinations and exceptional customer experiences.”
