Hospitality investment platform Azzurri Group has instructed KLM Real Estate to locate sites for US quick service restaurant chain Dave’s Hot Chicken.
Founded in 2017, Dave’s Hot Chicken operates more than 200 sites globally and has signed a franchise agreement with Azzurri Group to open as many as 60 new stores in the UK in the next 12 months.
KLM is initially looking for restaurants in Central London locations of 2,000 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft. Azzurri intends to open the first Dave’s Hot Chicken location in the capital towards the end of the year.
Oli Marcroft, from KLM Real Estate, said: ‘We are really excited to help Dave’s (Hot Chicken) to launch in the UK. Having had the pleasure of experiencing their restaurants in LA earlier this year, we can’t wait to see the magic arrive in London.”
