Data solutions and ESG technology provider Utopi has agreed a strategic partnership with tenant experience platform Spaceflow.
By integrating Utopi’s granular, real-time data and control capabilities with Spaceflow’s tenant experience app, the partnership creates a “seamless, one-stop solution” for residents of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) schemes.
From real- time data insights and temperature controls to streamlined communication, the integration “offers a smarter, more connected experience for students and asset operators alike”.
