Vistry has exchanged contracts on a 14.2-acre site at Gerendon Park in Loughborough on which it intends to deliver 214 new family homes.
The site will provide a mix of two‑, three‑ and four‑bedroom affordable and open‑market homes. The wider Garendon Park scheme already benefits from outline planning consent, and Vistry expects to submit a reserved matters application for its parcel in the coming weeks.
