Vistry has secured reserved matters approvals for two new residential developments in Cambridgeshire and Milton Keynes.

At Cambourne West, South Cambridgeshire, reserved matters approval has been granted for 156 new homes at a 100% affordable housing development, and at Salden Place in Milton Keynes, Vistry has secured consent for 63 private and affordable homes.

Nic Chapman, managing director of Vistry northern Home Counties, said: “Securing two reserved matters approvals within such a short timeframe is a strong testament to the collaborative approach taken by our team and our partners. Early and constructive engagement with the local planning authorities has been key to maintaining momentum and achieving timely decisions, allowing us to continue to provide the mix of homes that local residents need.”
