Vistry Group has secured reserved matters planning approval for the third phase of its Cambourne development.
The approved Phase 3.2b will provide 85 private sale homes and 37 affordable homes, comprising 19 for affordable rent and 18 for shared ownership.
Reserved matters planning approval has also been received for West Parcel 3.2A, adjoining Phase 3.2B, which will deliver 111 new homes, including 33 affordable homes and 78 private homes.
Fraser Hope, managing director of Vistry Northern Home Counties, said: “Securing reserved matters approval for these phases is a major milestone for Cambourne. This next phase enables us to continue delivering high quality, sustainable homes in a mix of tenures to meet the needs of local residents and support the wider growth of the area. We’re excited to begin construction and bring this new chapter of the development to life.”
