Watkin Jones has signed a development partnership to deliver circa 200 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) units on Freestone Road in Bristol.
The development will transform a disused railway embankment into a vibrant new student community, with construction scheduled to complete ahead of the 2027 academic year.
