Welford Healthcare has acquired the 97-bed purpose-built Parkview Gloucester care home for £17.5m.
The home, which includes 80 ensuite bedrooms and 17 self-contained one- and two-bedroom close care apartments, has been operated by Parkview Gloucester since 2016.
It provides palliative, dementia and end of life care and is situated on the corner of Trier Way and Southgate Street in the centre of Gloucester.
