Zafiro Homes has secured circa £13.4m from United Trust Bank (UTB) to fund the delivery of two new luxury residential developments in Beaconsfield and Marlow.
UTB’s facility is supporting the acquisition of the land and development of two five-bedroom luxury homes in Beaconsfield, which are valued at £6.5m and £5.5m.
Zafiro is also using the funding to deliver the Beechwood Heights development in Marlow, an exclusive gated scheme comprising three Edwardian inspired luxury homes priced from £2m.
