Sancorp Business Park in Hunslet, near Leeds city centre, has hit the market with a £1.5m price tag.

The 27,850 sq ft park comprises a warehousing unit, two-storey offices, a trade counter area, several workshop/warehouse bays and a series of ancillary buildings.

It has been brought to market on behalf of a private client by joint agents Walker Singleton and Carter Towler and is available to let on a leasehold basis for £125,000 per annum, or the freehold is available for £1.5m.

Paul Diakiw, director at Walker Singleton, said: “We expect this to be a popular site, due to the strong appetite for good sized, strategically located industrial accommodation that exists in Leeds. The size, location and prominence of the unit means it provides an excellent base for a business to establish itself from within the Leeds region and beyond thanks to the excellent transport links. I would strongly advise any interested parties to get in contact to arrange to view the premises.”
