Aberdeen Investments has secured two new tenants at Deacon Trading Estate on Forstal Road in Aylesford, Kent

Modern Milkman and Generator Installations have taken the circa 6,500 sq ft units 1E and 1F respectively, which feature warehouse and office space, yard space and parking.

The industrial estate, which is currently undergoing a refurbishment, is strategically located one mile west of Junction 6 of the M20 motorway.

Steve Richmond, director at SHW, which acted for Aberdeen on the lettings, said: “The high standard of refurbishment of these two units at Deacon Trading Estate opened up options for new occupiers to join this popular and well-located estate so it’s no surprise that both were snapped up before completion of the refurbishment works.”
