Keyland has put a 24.4-acre development site in Rotherham with planning consent for 333,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space up for sale.
The brownfield land at Aldwarke Treatment Works has been allocated for employment use and the permission enables the creation of up to 333,000 sq ft of B2/B8 industrial and distribution accommodation across 15 units ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 75,000 sq ft.
The development site, which provides direct access to Junction 33 of the M1, has an estimated GVA of £28m.
