Freida Roden has secured a leasing deal with Roxy Lanes for the former New Look store in Cheltenham.

The leisure operator has agreed a 20-year lease on the 31,936 sq ft unit at 103-109 High Street. Roxy Leisure operates 14 Roxy Lanes sites across the UK and is currently fitting out a new Cardiff site, which is due to open in spring this year.

The brand’s venues feature an array of different leisure activities from bowling, American pool, ice-free curling, batting cages, and shuffleboard as well as food and drinks.

Matthew Brown, director in the national retail team at Savills, which acted for the landlord on the deal, said: “This is a great example of repurposing retail to create a best-in-class entertainment, food, and leisure location and will be a fantastic addition to the city centre.”
