Knight Frank’s Residential Asset Management (RAM) division has become part of specialist residential managing agent business Encore.
The news comes after Knight Frank took a strategic decision to no longer provide residential block management services and to focus on its core agency business.
Knight Frank’s RAM team will eventually join Encore’s London office near Liverpool Street following a transition period and will operate under the Encore brand.
