Liverpool-based property services company The Momentum Group has taken the entire first floor of the Grade II listed One Temple Square in the city’s business district.
The company, which was founded by Chris Bliss and Chris Renshaw, has grown the size of its team from 25 people to 48 in the last year off the back of a number of numerous new project wins.
Renshaw said: “These are exciting times for us and this is a key milestone in the business trajectory of The Momentum Group as we approach another with our fifth birthday later in the year. We have been appointed on some big projects in the last 12 months with more to announce soon.
“Doubling our office footprint not only gives us the space we need for our current and future growth but also this high-quality office space in the heart of the city will help us to continue to attract and retain talent, as well as improve our client and meeting areas.”
Bliss added: “Our expansion on the one hand reflects the rapid success of The Momentum Group, and on the other paves the way for more growth. There was no need for us to look for a new base, given the space available here in a wonderful building that has long been an architectural landmark on Dale Street and for which we already provide facilities management.
“Having the right working environment for our staff is pivotal to our future success and it’s paramount that all of our people enjoy and feel supported when at work, can collaborate across divisions and help us grow further.”
Glenbrook acted for landlord Rocksavage Investments on the six-year lease.
