The Grade II listed The White Hart Hotel in Moretonhampstead has hit the market with a guide price of £900,000. An adjacent mews building is also available either as a single lot with the hotel, or as a separate lot, for £275,000.
The hotel, which provides 17 ensuite bedrooms, a guest lounge and reception, public bar and restaurant, dates back to 1639. The hotel also offers three staff bedrooms and a two-bed manager’s flat. The mews provides a further eight ensuite bedrooms.
