Arabella Pollock, asset manager at Royal London Asset Management, said: “3 Hardman Square has been repositioned to provide inspiring office space that encourages collaboration and connection and we are delighted to welcome St James’s Place to the portfolio.”
Peter Alford, director of corporate real estate for St James’s Place, added: “Manchester is an important location for us, and 3 Hardman Square will help facilitate the future development of our business by providing a high quality and sustainable office environment in the heart of the commercial district.”
