Hellens Group has leased 16,469 sq ft to LV Logistics at Infinity Park, Monkton Business Park South, in Hebburn, South Tyneside.
The logistics company has signed a 10-year FRI lease on Unit B, one of three units developed at Infinity Park, Monkton Business Park.
Gavin Cordwell-Smith, chief executive of Hellens Group, said: “We are hugely proud of our work in developing Monkton Business Park and its capacity to deliver the units needed for companies like LV to grow. We look forward to welcoming them to site.”
Phil Hood of LV Logistics added. “The new warehouse is part of LV’s planned, continuing growth across its UK operations. We’ve already had firm enquiries for storage from our existing customers and we believe the Infinity Park site allows us to offer real quality and value to them as an integral part of our wider logistics service”
Adam Lawson, surveyor at Avison Young, joint letting agents with HTA Real Estate at Infinity Park, said: “We are delighted to have secured LV as tenants in this high-quality industrial warehouse unit. This letting highlights that the industrial market in the northeast remains robust, even in turbulent economic times.”
