The Crown Estate has put the Harte & Garter Hotel and Spa in Windsor on the market seeking offers in excess of £13,250,000.
The circa 57,000 sq ft Grade II listed red-brick hotel, which sits in the heart of the market town overlooking Windsor Castle, offers 79 ensuite bedrooms, a spa and meeting rooms and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 260 guests.
The property also includes two restaurant units let to The Ivy and Wagamama situated on the ground and lower ground floors.
