Credit Suisse appoints Paramount to oversee £11m refurb of Bristol office

Credit Suisse has awarded Paramount the £11m contract to undertake an high-spec refurbishment of the 3 Rivergate office complex at Temple Quay in Bristol.

The refurbishment of the seven-storey 75,000 sq ft building will take a year to complete and the project team are targeting BREEAM Excellent, Wiredscore Platinum and three-star Fitwel 3 certification.

Paramount will undertake the refurbishment alongside architect and design firm AWW and project manager CBRE. Joint agents on the building are Lambert Smith Hampton and CBRE.
