Honey has submitted plans and exchanged contracts on a 10.5-acre site in Matlock, Derbyshire, on which it intends to deliver a £20.35m, 75-home development called Hazel.
The site was acquired from strategic land promoter Richborough Estates for an undisclosed sum and will comprise a mix of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, subject to planning.
If Honey’s plans are approved it is anticipated work on site will begin in December with the first residents expected to move into their new homes next August.
