Vistry has secured planning consent for 270 new homes on a site in Ashtead, Leatherhead.
The approved scheme will provide 40% affordable housing, alongside around 30 acres of public open space, play areas, green corridors and a new community building with the potential for a nursery.
The site, which is located south of Ermyn Way, has been brought forward by Vistry Strategic Land in partnership with Wates and Vistry’s South East region. Formerly designated as greenbelt, it was released through the local plan process.
