Angela Swift Developments has secured development funding from Puma Property Finance for a new 64-bed care home facility in St Helens, Merseyside.
Construction of the care home facility commenced in April this year and the development is expected to complete in late 2024.
Angela Swift, managing director at Angela Swift Developments, said: “There is a huge need for a higher volume of care facilities to be developed over the coming years, to ensure the next generation of elderly citizens are properly cared for in their later years. We are pleased to be working with Puma Property Finance once again and continue to have a strong relationship with the team to fulfil a growing supply gap.
