Bruce Gillingham Pollard has strengthened its leasing team with the appointment of Ben Sykes as senior surveyor and Kate Martin as graduate surveyor.
Sykes joins Bruce Gillingham Pollard from Green & Partners, where he worked on a range of high street and shopping centre assets on behalf of both institutional and private landlords.
Martin will support the leasing team across a range of retail and leisure instructions. Bruce Gillingham Pollard has also promoted Alex Todd and Will Penfold to associate director.
