Pinsent Masons has taken 27,561 sq ft across three floors of the £35m Lucent office building at 50 Bothwell Street, Glasgow.
The law firm has agreed a 15-year lease on the space and is the first tenant to sign up for Orion Capital Managers’ scheme. Pinsent Masons will move its 300-strong Glasgow team into the Grade A development in 2024.
Orion purchased the 91,000 sq ft building, which has lain vacant since 2017, in 2021 and has repositioned it as a “super prime, smart-enabled” office.
