Real estate investment management firm Blue Noble has unveiled plans to refurbish the 110,000 sq ft Eleven Brindleyplace Grade A office building in Birmingham city centre.
The refurbishment programme will see the building’s double height reception and ground floor business lounge reconfigured with new amenities including an on-site café and client event space.
Eleven Brindleyplace’s ‘end of journey’ facilities will also be upgraded to provide secure bicycle storage and repair station, plus fully equipped showers and lockers.
Interior design consultancy Office Principles North has been awarded the refurbishment contract, with the project due to complete in October this year.

Carter Jonas and Fisher German are joint leasing agents at Eleven Brindleyplace and are currently marketing 38,000 sq ft of available office space.
