GPE has partnered with TSP to offer more than 20,000 sq ft of workspace in its Central London portfolio for use by charities.
As part of the initial phase, non-profit organisations will be able to occupy office space at Minerva House (circa 14,300 sq ft), Kingsland House (circa 1,700 sq ft) and retail space at 180 Piccadilly (6,684 sq ft) as ‘meanwhile use’ space.
Performing arts educational charity the Nursery Theatre moved into Minerva House in May and cancer charity Trekstock and the Supporting Wounded Veterans charity have taken space at Kingsland House (pictured).
