CBRE has announced a raft of promotions at its Bristol office. Charlotte Acreman (pictured), who leads on project management for the region, has been promoted to senior director, as has Simon Meredith in the lease consultancy team.
Robert Moran, from the valuation and advisory team, has been promoted to director, Bruce Stone has been promoted to the position of associate director in CBRE’s building consultancy division and Alex Quicke has been promoted to senior surveyor in the industrial and logistics team.
Tom Morris, managing director for Midlands and South at CBRE, said: “To have such a strong team of senior, experienced property professionals helps us to meet demand for our services across the region and these promotions are a reflection of the efforts each have taken to lead their teams and look for ways to support our clients in what is no doubt a rapidly changing marketplace.”
Meredith added: “Over the past 15 years at CBRE, I’ve received a fantastic level support at every step of my progression. In my role there’s a lot of close collaboration with other teams, so I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot very quickly throughout my time here.”
Acreman said: “There are so many places a career in property can take you and my story is just one example. As a board member of CBRE’s Women’s Network, I’m especially keen to use my own experience to support and encourage women at all stages of their career in our sector wherever I can.”
