Later living developer and operator Inspired Villages has exchanged contracts on its newest site in Farnham Royal, Buckinghamshire.

Inspired intends to transform the 12-acre site into a community for more than 200 over-65s, providing 177 apartments, cottages and bungalows. The community will also include a village centre with a spa, wellbeing facilities, a bistro restaurant and lounges.

Neal Dale, chief development and property officer for Inspired Villages, said: “We are delighted to announce the exchange of Farnham Royal in Buckinghamshire and for it to become the newest addition to our portfolio of sites. Farnham Royal also represents another step in our plan to create 34 later living communities supporting 8000 residents.

“As with all our developments, our plans for Farnham Royal will ensure we take every step to minimise our impact on the environment whilst creating valuable natural spaces for the wider community to benefit from. We look forward to sharing more details of our plans for the site and engaging with the local community in due course.”
