WestSpring IT has taken 6,560 sq ft of space at Hillview Real Estate’s 200 Aztec West office scheme in Bristol.
Hillview’s 45,190 sq ft scheme comprises two Grade II-listed buildings at the gateway to Aztec West business park. There are now three units available to rent at 200 Aztec West, ranging in size from 2,727 sq ft to 6,645 sq ft.
