Palm Capital has leased 15,000 sq ft across two floors of its Abbey Gardens office development in Reading to the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).
The space has been extensively refurbished to provide a modern working environment for MoJ’s staff. The BREEAM Very Good accredited office is located in the heart of Reading’s Abbey Quarter and is close to the town’s mainline railway station.
Guy Parkes, Reading-based partner at Vail Williams, which represented the landlord on the letting, said: “The building has recently benefited from an upgrade, adding collaboration space such as a new business lounge, yoga studio and outside meeting and event space as well as updated reception facility.
