Virtual payments technology provider Conferma Pay has signed for 15,000 sq ft at Kennedy Wilson’s recently refurbished Ocean House at Towers business park in Manchester.
Conferma is relocating from its existing site at Cheadle Royal to Towers for its new UK headquarters. The business park is located in Didsbury and comprises 10 Grade A office buildings totalling 289,000 sq ft spread across 20 acres of parkland.
Andy Matthews, chief financial officer at Conferma said: “The decision to take space at Towers was based on the excellent specification and size of the office space, as well as the sense of community within the park and the excellent environment it will provide for our team. We’re very excited about the move here and the positive impact it will have on our business.”
