Spacemade has signed a management agreement with The Howard de Walden Estate on 5,000 sq ft of flexible workspace at 32 Welbeck Street in the heart of Marylebone Village.
The location will form part of the newly created Elmtree brand, which will offer design-focused workspace experience, encompassing fully serviced private offices, inviting lounges, state-of-the-art meeting rooms and an event space.
The first Elmtree branch is set to launch in February 2024 and spans two adjoining buildings, 34 and 36 Queen Anne Street. The second Elmtree branch, at 32 Welbeck Street, will open in spring 2024.
