Frasers Property UK has completed two leasing deals at Winnersh Triangle business park in Berkshire.
Sage has has taken 20,000 sq ft of office space at Building 1180 and FLB Accountants has taken a new lease on 20,000 sq ft of additional office space in the 1010 building. FLB moved to Winnersh Triangle in 2018, initially leasing 2,500 sq ft and has continually expanded at the business park.
