Strettons offers wide range of resi and commercial lots at upcoming auction

Strettons is offering a wide range of residential and commercial lots at its property auction on 13 December.

The highest priced property in the auction is a freehold residential HMO in Stoke on Trent, which comprises 33-studio rooms and has a guide price of more than £1,750,000.

In Bromley, Kent, a freehold vacant detached house (pictured), with planning permission for the demolition of the existing dwelling and the construction of eight residential flats, has a guide price of £1,280,000.

A freehold, vacant two-bedroom house in Canning Town is guided at £295,000 plus, and a leasehold vacant first floor flat in Bayswater is guided at £310,000 plus.

Commercial opportunities include a freehold investment on Holloway Road in Archway with a guide price of more than £550,000. The property comprises a three-storey terraced building with basement, a retail unit on the ground floor and a two-bedroom flat above.  

In Leyton, a freehold commercial building located on Leyton High Road, let to opticians Scrivens, has a guide price of £175,000 plus.

The sale, which will be live-streamed on the Strettons website, takes place at 12pm on Wednesday 13 December.
