Sam Graham has been appointed as head of development land agency for the South East at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker.
Graham, who will be based in Strutt & Parker’s Guildford office, joins from Redrow Homes where he held the role of head of land. Prior to Redrow, he was senior land manager at Bellway Homes and head of development agency at Cluttons for 18 years.
Tom Stanley, head of development and planning at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “The UK has an abundance of underutilised land that could be allocated for development. The South East is the second most developed UK region and as such requires a particular expertise to unlock more potential, of which Sam is the ideal candidate.”
Graham added: “Joining such a collaborative team at its growth phase is incredibly exciting. I look forward to utilising my consultancy and client experience to bring added value and expertise.”
