Erudus has signed a five-year lease on the 4,954 sq ft Panther House at Asama Court, on Newcastle Business Park, in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The detached, two-storey office building offers open plan office accommodation and meeting rooms and has 19 dedicated car parking spaces.

Jon Shayler, CEO of Erudus, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to have secured Panther House for the next five years. We’ve been searching for the right premises to accommodate our growing business, and with its beautiful views and ample space for our state-of-the-art new image capture studio, as well as expanding team, Panther House is ideal. We look forward to moving in and making ourselves at home.”

Adam Lawson, surveyor at Avison Young, which acted as joint agent on the letting with JRBT Commercial, added: “Securing Erudus as tenants at Panther House on a five-year lease is an excellent result for all parties. This letting further strengthens the already impressive occupancy rates at Newcastle Business Park, and highlights that the park remains a desirable location and environment for businesses to operate from.”
