GCW has been appointed joint leasing agent alongside Lunson Mitchenall at the Festival Place retail and leisure scheme in Basingstoke, by asset manager Sovereign Centros.
The 1m sq ft scheme boasts 200 stores and a 10-screen Vue cinema and counts the likes of Marks & Spencer, Next, Apple, River Island and Sports Direct, as tenants.
