Law firn Davitt Jones Bould has appointed local government specialist Sandy Munroe as a partner.
Munroe, who was a former partner and head of Local Government Property, has more than 35 years’ experience in commercial real estate law, having acted in both the public and private sectors.
She specialises in advising local authorities, NHS trusts, registered providers and educational institutions on all aspects of their property portfolios, with particular expertise in development and regeneration projects.
