Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management have secured three new occupiers at the 375,000 sq ft Campus Reading International office scheme.
Computer software company Adobe is relocating from Maidenhead and has taken 16,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease, managed IT service provider BCN has signed for 2,000 sq ft and Stonewater Homes has taken 3,500 sq ft. BCN and Stonewater have signed five-year leases on the fully fitted suites, known as Campus+.
The building is BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum-rated and the on-site amenity provision includes a 270-seat restaurant and state of the art gym and fitness facility.
Guy Bishop, director at Alchemy Asset Management, said: “These recent lettings show that occupiers require best in class buildings with the very best amenity offering, strong ESG credentials and a building which provides a rich community for their employees. We are delighted to welcome all three companies to Campus and anticipate more tenants this year to provide a home for up to 2,500 employees in a prime location immediately on Junction 11 of the M4.”
James Brodie, managing director at Tristan Capital Partners, added: “These latest leasing deals are a testament to the attractiveness of Campus, its exceptional on-site amenities, and excellent ESG credentials. The range of occupiers at Campus highlight that this is a next-generation community for every type of business. We look forward to welcoming our new tenants.”
Stuart Chambers, director, Greater London and South East office agency at Savills, which along with Bray Fox Smith advised Tristan and Alchemy on the lettings, said: “We are delighted to welcome Adobe, BCN and Stonewater Homes to the business community at Campus. The lettings demonstrate the strength of our amenity rich, sustainable workplace offer and prove that in a challenging letting market, buildings such as Campus provide exactly what forward looking occupiers need.”
