Housebuilder Cala Homes has acquired land with planning consent for up to 90 new homes in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, from strategic land promoter Rainier Developments.
The development includes the provision for 40% affordable homes and a significant new area of public open space. Cala Homes is expected to commence construction in early 2025.

Cala Cotswolds have a keen appetite to secure new land and this site reflects our ability to secure sites quickly and competitively in a challenging market.”
