New flex workspace brand signs for 21,000 sq ft at Ditton Park

Flexible workspace brand Link Spaces has signed for 21,000 sq ft at Kennedy Wilson’s Botanica office building in Ditton Park, near Slough. 

Link Spaces is a new flex brand created by Active Hospitality, which counts former senior members of the team that previously headed up MWB Group and serviced office operator MWB Business Exchange.

The Botanica office building, which sits adjacent to the M4, runs on 100% renewable energy and is set in 200 acres of open landscape.
