Ratings agency Moody’s is set to leave its office in Canary Wharf and move to a new HQ in the City of London when its lease expires in 2026.
The company confirmed to the FT that it would move from its 42-storey office at One Canada Square to 10 Gresham Street. Moody’s appointed Cushman & Wakefield to advise on its office space requirement in July last year.
The ratings agency told the FT its new office “will help us deliver a world class experience for our employees, with office space that fosters connections between our teams and with our customers”.
At the weekend, The Sunday Times reported that Morgan Stanley was expected to confirm it would remain in its offices at Canary Wharf.
