Barings Real Estate has leased the 12th floor of its 180,000 sq ft Landmark office development in Manchester to international law firm DAC Beachcroft.
The law firm is relocating from 3 Hardman Square in Spinningfields to its 13,228 sq ft new home on St Peter’s Square. It has signed a 10-year lease on the space and expects to take occupancy in the autumn.

Dominic Pozzoni, head of the Manchester office at Colliers, which is joint letting agent on the building alongside JLL and CBRE, said: “Landmark continues to remain a highly sought after building, owing to its great location at St Peter’s Square, sustainability credentials, flexible floor plates and stunning views over the Manchester city skyline. We look forward to securing lettings on the final two floors in due course.”
