Greystar and Student Roost have received planning permission for a 577-bed mixed-use living development in Bristol.
The development, which will built on the site of the Rupert Street Car Park in the city centre, will offer 328 student bedrooms and 249 co-living beds.
On-site amenities will include a gym, wellbeing studio, cinemas and recording studios for all residents to use, alongside a shared student and co-living foyer and events space.
The development will also provide retail floorspace, 400 car parking spaces and enhanced public realm.
Greystar and Student Roost said they had worked with Fifth State to ensure the development was designed and built to the highest sustainability and energy efficiency standards.
