Mount Street Group has promoted Serenity Morley to the newly created role of global chief operating officer.
Morley has more than 20 years’ financial services sector experience and has spent the last seven years at Mount Street. For the last three years she has been head of loan servicing at Mount Street.
In her new role, Morley will be responsible for “ensuring continuity and cohesion” across the firm on a global level and strengthening the firm’s international offering using its proprietary technology CreditHub.
