A 38-bedroom country house hotel in the heart of the Peak District has hit the market with a price tag of £2.35m.
The three-star rated Izaak Walton Hotel in the Dovedale Valley was originally built in the 17th century, but has been modernised and extended to include five function rooms, a bar, a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and lounge space.
The hotel, which has been owned by seasoned hotelier Terry Davie since 2019, sits in 3.25 acres of land and is licensed to hold weddings. The property also includes three staff bedrooms.
