Tritax Symmetry gets go-ahead for Gloucester I&L development

Stroud District Council has resolved to grant planning permission for Tritax Symmetry’s hybrid planning application for circa 1.1m sq ft of industrial and logistics space at Symmetry Park, Gloucester.

The scheme includes full details for two buildings of 163,500 sq ft and 241,000 sq ft with outline permission for a further circa 700,000 sq ft of build-to-suit opportunities.

The 67-acre development site sits adjacent to junction 12 of the M5 providing excellent road connectivity.

Joseph Skinner, development director at Tritax Symmetry said: “We look forward to continuing to work closely with local stakeholders to bring the site forward, creating jobs and supporting the local economy.”

BNP Paribas Real Estate and Colliers are joint letting agents for Symmetry Park, Gloucester.
