Fitness company Body Fit Training (BFT) has taken 2,390 sq ft at Schroders’ 5-7 AMP House on Dingwall Road in Croydon.
There is currently 709 sq ft of retail space available to let in Unit 1 at AMP House, which also offers 35,000 sq ft of recently refurbished office space.
Mat Morris, of SHW, who represented Schroders on the letting, said: “BFT Fitness opening in Croydon will be a great addition to the town. The unit’s prominent location right by East Croydon Station and under 100,000 sq ft of offices was a perfect solution for the tenant’s requirements. Deals like these still show a determined Croydon retail market, and we will look for the same success with Unit 1.”
